रथसप्तमी, जागतिक सूर्यनमस्कार दिन

 रथसप्तमी निमित्त जागतिक सूर्यनमस्कार दिन साजरा करण्यात आला.

        रथ सप्तमीच्या निमित्ताने 28 जानेवारी 2023 रोजी जागतिक सूर्यनमस्कार दिन साजरा करण्यात आला. यावेळी महाविद्यालयातील विद्यार्थी व प्राध्यापकांनी सहभाग घेऊन 12 सूर्यनमस्कार केले. बाबासाहेब सरगर यांनी सर्वप्रथम सूर्यनमस्कार करण्याचे फायदे सांगून सूर्यनमस्काराचे स्टेप बाय स्टेप प्रात्यक्षिक दाखवले.

        World Surya Namaskar Day was celebrated on January 28, 2023 on the occasion of Ratha Saptami. On this occasion, students and professors of the college participated and performed 12 sun salutations. Babasaheb Sargar first gave information about the benefits of doing Surya Namaskar and also showed the demonstration of Surya Namaskar step by step.
